Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the services of Kritika Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kritika Studio. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Kritika Studio provides professional photography and cinematography services including:

• Wedding photography and cinematography
• Portrait photography
• Commercial photography
• Short film production
• Corporate videos
• Post-production and color grading services

We strive to deliver high-quality services and creative excellence. However, please note that photography and cinematography services are subject to creative interpretation and artistic judgment.

Booking Requirements

• Advance Booking: We recommend booking your services 2-12 months in advance, especially for weddings.
• Confirmation: Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment.
• Contract: A written agreement will be provided outlining the scope of work, deliverables, and terms.

Payment Terms

• Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Balance Payment: The remaining 70% is due on or before the day of the shoot.
• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, cards, UPI, and other digital payment methods.
• Delays: Late payments may result in rescheduling or cancellation of services.

Cancellation Policy

• By Client: Cancellations must be made in writing. The deposit is non-refundable.
• By Studio: In rare circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to emergencies, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances. Full refund will be provided.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests should be made at least 30 days before the event date, subject to availability.

Pre-Event Requirements

• Provide accurate and complete information about the event or shoot.
• Communicate any specific requirements, preferences, or concerns in advance.
• Ensure all necessary permissions, licenses, and permits for the location.
• Cooperate with our team for smooth execution of the shoot.
• Inform us of any venue restrictions or guidelines we should follow.

During the Event

• Provide access to the venue and locations as agreed.
• Ensure guests/subjects are informed about photography/videography.
• Inform our team about any important moments or schedules.
• Provide meals and refreshments for the crew for events exceeding 6 hours.

Delivery Timelines

• Wedding Photography: 4-6 weeks for edited photos
• Wedding Cinematography: 8-12 weeks for final films
• Portrait Sessions: 2 weeks for edited photos
• Commercial Projects: As agreed in the project contract

Deliverables Format

• High-resolution digital files delivered via secure online gallery
• Photos in JPEG format (unless otherwise specified)
• Videos in MP4 or other agreed format
• Print-ready files included for photography services
• Online gallery available for 6 months after delivery

Revisions

• One round of revisions included in most packages
• Additional revisions charged extra
• Revision requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Color grading and editing style are at our creative discretion

Client Rights

• Personal use of all delivered photos and videos
• Sharing on social media platforms
• Printing for personal use and gifts
• Usage in wedding albums, invitations, and related materials

Studio Rights

• Kritika Studio retains copyright to all original work
• Right to use photos/videos in our portfolio and marketing materials
• Right to showcase work on social media and website
• Right to submit work for awards and publications

Commercial Use

• Commercial use by client requires separate written agreement
• Third-party usage (advertising, publications) requires permission
• Credit should be given to Kritika Studio when sharing work publicly

While we exercise utmost care and professionalism, please understand the following:

• Equipment Failure: We carry backup equipment, but are not liable for technical failures beyond our control.
• Missed Moments: We cannot guarantee capturing every single moment. Continuous coverage may not be possible at all times.
• Weather Conditions: Outdoor shoots may be affected by weather. Rescheduling may be necessary.
• Guest/Subject Behavior: We are not responsible for obstructed views caused by guests or subjects.
• Limit of Damages: Our liability is limited to the refund of services paid and does not extend to consequential damages.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kritika Studio or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

1. Negotiation: Good faith discussion between both parties
2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
3. Legal Action: As a last resort, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Etawah, Uttar Pradesh, India
